摘　　要：食痫与西医学之轻度胃肠炎伴良性婴幼儿惊厥(BICE)有较高契合度。本病以婴幼儿为主要患病人群,乳哺失节、复因惊吓为其主要病因,脾胃受损、痰气逆乱为其主要病机。抽搐等惊厥症状和呕吐下利等消化道症状同时出现为本病的主要临床特征。临床辨治可宽中消导、清热止惊,方选紫丸或妙圣丹加减;可化痰和胃、祛风定痫,方选天麻丸或真珠丸加减。本病预后良好,但亦有一定的反复性。系统整理与总结古代医家对食痫的辨治经验可为现代临床治疗BICE提供借鉴与指导。Epilepsy provoked by improper diet and benign infantile convulsion associated with mild gastroenteritis(BICE)in Western medicine have a high degree of agreement.The disease is mainly prevalent in infants and young children.The main causes are improper breast feeding and recurrent fright.The main pathogenesis is spleen and stomach damage,and the disorder of phlegm and qi.The main clinical features of this disease are convulsions such as convulsions and digestive tract symptoms such as vomiting.Clinical rules can be relieving distention and removing accumulation,clearing away heat and stopping convulsions,the prescription can be added or subtracted from Purple Pills or Miaosheng Pills.Reducing phlegm and harmonizing the stomach,dispeling wind and calming epilepsy can also be anthor rules,the prescription can be added or subtracted from Tianma Pills or Zhenzhu Pills.The prognosis of this disease is good,but it also has certain recurrence.Systematically sorting out and summarizing the experience of ancient physicians in the differentiation and treatment of epilepsy provoked by improper diet can provide reference and guidance for modern clinical treatment of BICE.
