摘　　要：目的:构建并优化《广西地区2~6岁儿童中医体质量表》,评价其信度、效度和实用性,以精准指导广西地区2~6岁年龄段儿童的中医体质辨识及疾病预防治疗。方法:基于北京中医药大学王济教授团队与辽宁中医药大学关雪峰教授团队的既有研究成果,参考2009年《中医体质分类与判定》标准,结合广西独特的地域、气候、饮食习惯等影响因素,通过参阅相关古籍文献、现代研究及专家访谈等方式,建立《广西地区2~6岁儿童中医体质量表》。采用线上、线下结合的横断面调查方式收集数据,运用信度(Cronbach’sα、Guttman分半系数、重测信度)、效度(KMO值)、临界比值、条-总相关性及因子载荷量等方法对初测和二测量表进行评估与修订,最终形成正式量表。结果:通过两轮横断面研究,初测阶段收集392份有效问卷,量表包含10个亚量表、69个条目,表现出高信度(总量表Cronbach’sα=0.969,Guttman分半系数=0.913,KMO=0.921)。经修订后,二测阶段收集1210份有效问卷,量表精简至67个条目,信效度进一步提升(总量表Cronbach’sα=0.971,Guttman分半系数=0.921,KMO=0.929)。结论本研究成功构建了《广西地区2~6岁儿童中医体质量表》,该量表具有较高的信度和效度,能够作为有效的临床工具,用于评估广西2~6岁儿童的中医体质状况。Objective:This study aimed to develop and optimize the Traditional Chinese Medicine Constitutional Scale for Children Aged 2~6 Years in Guangxi Region,evaluating its reliability,validity,and practicality to enhance accurate TCM physique assessment and disease prevention and treatment guidance for young children in Guangxi.Methods:Building upon previous research by professor WANG Ji’s team at Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and professor GUAN Xuefeng’s team at Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and guided by the 2009 standard Classification and Determination of Physical Qualities in Traditional Chinese Medicine,this study considered Guangxi's specific geographical,climatic,and dietary influences.The Traditional Chinese Medicine Constitutional Scale for Children Aged 2~6 Years in Guangxi Region was developed through comprehensive review of ancient literature,modern studies,and expert interviews.Data collection utilized a cross-sectional survey integrating online and offline methods.Reliability(Cronbach'sα,Guttman split-half coefficient,test-retest reliability)and validity(Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin measure,critical ratio,item-total correlation,factor loadings)analyses were employed to refine the initial and secondary scales,resulting in the final scale formulation.Results:The primary phase collected 392 valid questionnaires,resulting in a scale comprising 10 subscales and 69 items,demonstrating high reliability(Cronbach’sα=0.969 for the total scale,Guttman split-half coefficient=0.913)and validity(KMO=0.921).Following revisions based on findings from 1210 valid questionnaires in the secondary phase,the scale was streamlined to 67 items,with enhanced reliability and validity(total scale Cronbach’sα=0.971,Guttman split-half coefficient=0.921,KMO=0.929).Conclusion:The study successfully constructed the Traditional Chinese Medicine Constitutional Scale for Children Aged 2~6 Years in Guangxi Region,demonstrating robust reliability and validity.This scale serves as a valuable clinic
