探讨基于“太极生命观”的“氤氲蒸灸法”之机理、特色与优势

摘　　要：“氤氲蒸灸法”是以“太极生命观”为指导对传统灸法进行适当改造的一种新灸术。文章首先介绍该灸法的定义、所需材料与操作步骤;进而阐释其作用机理的依据——“太极生命观”的详细内涵;最后分析了“氤氲蒸灸法”具有的特色与优势。文章指出,使用鲜药或液体药剂、独特的“捣药泥”步骤、以“水火相济”为宗旨是该灸法的三大鲜明特色,药力渗透性强、病症适用性广、患者接受度高则是其优势所在。‘Yinyun zheng moxibustion therapy’is a new moxibustion technique which is guided by‘Tai Chi life view’to properly transform the traditional moxibustion method.This article first introduces the definition,the required materials and operation steps of the moxibustion method;Then it explains the basis of its action mechanism:the detailed connotation of‘Tai Chi life view’.Finally,the characteristics and advantages of‘Yinyun zheng moxibustion therapy’are analyzed.The article pointed out that the use of fresh medicine or liquid medicine,the unique step of‘pounding medicine mud’,and the purpose of‘water and fire’are the three distinctive characteristics of the moxibustion method.The strong permeability of medicine,wide applicability of the disease,and high acceptance of patients are its advantages.
