摘 要:鉴江是广东省典型的独流入海河流,在气候变化背景下,近年洪水防御薄弱环节越发凸显。基于对“22·7”和“23·10”等洪水的分析,从工程措施及非工程措施两方面评估鉴江流域防洪能力,揭示现有防洪体系在应对极端天气和洪涝灾害时的不足之处,提出“上游增蓄、中游强挡、下游扩泄”的防洪工程布局优化建议和相关防御对策措施。Jianjiang River is a typical river that flows alone into the sea.With the climate changes,the weakness of flood control have become more obvious in recent years.On the basis of the analysis of“22.7”and“23.10”floods,flood control capacity of Jianjiang River has been evaluated in terms of structural measures and nonstructural measures,and the results show the deficiencies of the existing system in coping with extreme climate and floods.In the end,the paper proposes a flood control engineering pattern of“increasing storage in the upper reaches,strengthening embankments in the middle reaches,and expanding flood discharge in the lower reaches”.
