摘 要:分别在350、400、450、500、550℃温度下通过热分解法制备了活性层原子质量比Ir∶Ru∶Ti=1∶3∶3,含钽-锡中间层数1、2、3、4、5的DSA阳极,通过直观的加速寿命试验探究了不同温度、不同中间层数和不同的钽-锡中间层原子比(Ta∶Sn=9∶1、8∶2、7∶3、6∶4、5∶5)对RuO_(2)-IrO_(2)-TiO_(2)/SnO_(2)-Ta_(2)O_(5)/Ti复合阳极在酸性析氧条件下性能的影响,通过X射线衍射(XRD)、热场发射扫描电子显微镜(SEM)及能谱(EDS)分析电极表面的物相和形貌变化,通过电化学阻抗谱探讨了RuO_(2)-IrO_(2)-TiO_(2)/SnO_(2)-Ta_(2)O_(5)/Ti电极的电化学性能,重点考察了涂层溶液配比对电极性能的影响。结果表明,电极的最佳中间层数为1且最佳温度为450℃;在中间层数为1、450℃条件下,当中间层Ta∶Sn=9∶1时,RuO_(2)-IrO_(2)-TiO_(2)/SnO_(2)-Ta_(2)O_(5)/Ti电极性能最佳,相比不含中间层的RuO_(2)-IrO_(2)-TiO_(2)/Ti电极的寿命提升约53%。DSA anodes with active layer atomic mass ratio Ir∶Ru∶Ti=1∶3∶3 and tantalum tin intermediate layers 1,2,3,4,and 5 were prepared by thermal decomposition method at temperatures of 350,400,450,500 and 550 ℃,respectively.Different temperatures were explored through intuitive accelerated life tests The effect of different numbers of intermediate layers and different atomic ratios of tantalum tin intermediate layers(Ta∶Sn=9∶1,8∶2,7∶3,6∶4,5∶5) on the performance of RuO_(2)-IrO_(2)-TiO_(2)/SnO_(2)-Ta_(2)O_(5)/Ti composite anodes under acidic oxygen evolution conditions was investigated.The phase and morphology changes on the electrode surface were analyzed by X-ray Diffraction(XRD),thermal field emission Scanning Electron Microscopy(SEM),and Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy(EDS).The electrochemical performance of RuO_(2)-IrO_(2)-TiO_(2)/SnO_(2)-Ta_(2)O_(5)/Ti electrode was investigated by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy.The focus was on investigating the effect of coating solution ratio on electrode performance.The results show that the optimal number of intermediate layers for the electrode is 1 and the optimal temperature is 450 ℃;At 450 ℃ with 1 intermediate layer,when the intermediate layer Ta∶Sn=9∶1,the RuO_(2)-IrO_(2)-TiO_(2)/SnO_(2)-Ta_(2)O_(5)/Ti electrode exhibits the best performance,with a lifespan improvement of about 53% compared to the RuO_(2)-IrO_(2)-TiO_(2)/Ti electrode without an intermediate layer.
