摘 要:以DD6镍基单晶高温合金为研究对象,通过高温长时或热力耦合热暴露模拟其高温服役环境获得退化组织,研究组织退化机理以及对应的剩余疲劳寿命,并探讨合适的组织定量表征方法建立组织退化损伤程度与疲劳寿命映射关系。结果表明,在热环境服役过程中,DD6合金中γ′相发生了粗化和筏化退化,降低了980℃、应力比为0.1条件下的疲劳寿命。采用当下组织状态的γ相和γ′相尺寸参量可将DD6合金高温粗化和筏化组织与合金疲劳寿命建立相关系数较高的统一的量化映射关系式,且该表征方式无需获取初始的组织尺寸,更具有工程应用意义。Taking DD6 nickel-base single crystal superalloy as the research object,the degraded microstructure was obtained by simulating the service environment through high-temperature long-term or thermal coupled stress aging treatment.The degradation mechanism of the microstructure and corresponding residual fatigue life were studied,and an appropriate quantitative characterization method of the microstructure was explored to establish a mapping relationship between the degree of microstructure degradation and fatigue life.The results show that during service in the thermal environment,the γ′ phase of DD6 alloy undergoes coarsening and rafting degradation,and the fatigue life under stress ratio of 0.1 at 980 ℃ is reduced.By using the dimension parameters of γ and γ′ phase in the current state,a unified quantitative mapping relationship with high correlation coefficients can be established between the high-temperature coarsening or rafting microstructure of DD6 alloy and fatigue life.Moreover,this characterization method does not require obtaining the initial microstructure size,which is more meaningful for engineering applications.
