摘  要:采用铝原位熔体法制备了一种新型的Al-3Ti-4.5Nd中间合金,通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)等手段分析了Al-3Ti-4.5Nd中间合金的组织,探究了Al-3Ti-4.5Nd中间合金对Al-10Si合金显微组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明,当Al-3Ti-4.5Nd中间合金的添加量为0.15%时,Al-10Si合金的宏观组织由粗大的柱状晶细化为细小的等轴晶,二次枝晶臂间距由16.69μm减小到13.44μm;共晶硅由粗大的针状转变为短棒状,平均长度由26.75μm减小到16.47μm;抗拉强度由165.86 MPa提升到177.43 MPa,断后延伸率由4.21%提升到6.72%。合金的质量指标Q由259.50 MPa提升至301.54 MPa,提升了16.2%。Ti_(2)Al_(20)Nd相的能够有效细化α-Al相,稀土元素促进了共晶硅中孪晶的形成,改善了共晶硅的形貌及尺寸。A new type of Al-3Ti-4.5Nd master alloy was prepared by aluminum in-situ melt method.The microstructure of Al-3Ti-4.5Nd master alloy was analyzed by means of X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The effects of Al-3Ti-4.5Nd master alloy on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Al-10Si alloy were investigated.The experimental results show that when the addition amount of Al-3Ti-4.5Nd master alloy is 0.15%,the macrostructure of Al-10Si alloy is refined from coarse columnar grains to fine equiaxed grains,and the secondary dendrite arm spacing is reduced from 16.69 μm to 13.44 μm.The eutectic silicon changes from coarse needle-like to short rod-like,and the average length decreases from 26.75 μm to 16.47 μm.The tensile strength increased from 165.86 MPa to 177.43 MPa,and the elongation increased from 4.21% to 6.72%.The quality index Q of the alloy increased from 259.50 MPa to 301.54 MPa,an increase of 16.2%.The Ti_(2)Al_(20)Nd phase can effectively refine the α-Al phase.The rare earth elements promote the formation of twins in eutectic silicon and improve the morphology and size of eutectic silicon.
