摘  要:铝基复合涂料主要用于航空发动机低温部件封严涂层。采用机械混合工艺制备了铝基复合涂料并喷涂了可磨耗封严涂层,对比分析了四种不同密度的磷酸盐黏结剂制备的铝基复合涂料及涂层性能。结果表明:黏结剂密度对铝基复合封严涂料的黏度影响较大,涂料黏度适宜有利于喷涂施工,并获得组织结构均匀的涂层;采用密度为1.45 g/cm^(3)的磷酸盐黏结剂制备铝基复合涂料黏度适中,喷涂工艺稳定,以此制备的涂层组织均匀,硬度为67.3 HR15Y,结合强度为6.18 MPa,作为封严涂层性能良好;磷酸盐加热脱水聚合形成网状的结构是涂层具有较强结合性能的主要因素,采用磷酸盐的密度越大,分布于涂料中的磷酸盐分子数量越多,形成的立体网状结构越致密,有利于提升涂层的结合强度。Aluminum based composite coatings are mainly used for sealing coatings on low-temperature components of aircraft engines.In this paper,aluminum based composite coatings were prepared using mechanical mixing technology and sprayed with wear-resistant sealing coatings.Four different phosphate binders with different densities were compared and analyzed to prepare aluminum based composite sealing coatings and their performance.The results showed that the density of the binder had a significant impact on the viscosity of aluminum based composite sealing coatings,and the appropriate viscosity of the coating was beneficial for spraying,resulting in a coating with a uniform microstructure by using a phosphate binder with density of 1.45 g/cm^(3) to prepare aluminum based composite coatings,the viscosity was moderate,the spraying process is stable,and the coating structure is uniform,with a hardness of 67.3 HR15Y and a bonding strength of 6.18 MPa.As a sealing coating,the performance is good;The formation of a network structure through heating,dehydration,and polymerization of phosphate is the main factor for the strong bonding performance of the coatings.The higher the proportion of phosphate used,the more phosphate molecules are distributed in the coating,and the denser the three-dimensional network structure formed,which is conducive to improving the bonding strength of the coating.
