摘  要:针对从硫酸镍溶液中除锌效率低、萃取流程级数高等问题,开展了以改性氢氧化镍进行前处理,后液再萃取的粗硫酸镍溶液除锌新工艺的研究。考察了改性氢氧化镍的过量系数、反应时间、反应温度和溶液pH值等因素对前处理除锌效果的影响,同时考察了再萃取步骤的P204体积分数、相比(O/A)和前液pH值对除锌的影响。结果表明,改性氢氧化镍过量系数为200%,反应时间为60 min,反应温度60℃,溶液pH值为4的条件下,改性氢氧化镍对粗硫酸镍溶液的前处理可以有效的将溶液中Zn^(2+)浓度从3.25 g/L降低至100 mg/L以下,同时不存在Ni^(2+)损失;而在萃取步骤中,P204体积分数为10%,相比(O/A)为1∶1,前液pH值为4的条件下,P204萃取Zn^(2+)效果最好,此时Zn^(2+)浓度约为1.5 mg/L,去除率约为98.5%,Ni^(2+)损失率仅为2.7%,除杂效果达到国家标准要求。Aiming at the low efficiency of zinc removal from nickel sulfate solution and the high number of steps in the extraction process,a new process of zinc removal from crude nickel sulfate solution by pretreatment with modified nickel hydroxide and re-extraction was carried out.The effects of the excess coefficient of modified nickel hydroxide,reaction time,reaction temperature and solution pH on the zinc removal effect of pretreatment were investigated,and the effects of the volume fraction of P204 in the re-extraction step,phase ratio(O/A) and the pH value of the pre-extraction solution on the zinc removal were also investigated.The results showed that the pretreatment of crude nickel sulfate solution with modified nickel hydroxide could effectively reduce the Zn^(2+)concentration in the solution from 3.25 g/L to less than 100 mg/L without Ni^(2+)loss under the conditions of 200% excess coefficient of modified nickel hydroxide,60 min reaction time,60 ℃ reaction temperature,and solution pH=4,while the re-extraction step with a P204 volume In the re-extraction step,P204 volume fraction is 10%,O/A is 1∶1,and the pH value of the former liquid is 4,P204 extracts Zn^(2+)with the best effect,currently,the concentration of Zn^(2+)is about 1.5 mg/L,the removal rate is about 98.5%,and the loss rate of Ni^(2+)is only 2.7%,and the effect of the decontamination reaches the national standard.
