摘 要:针对短路流和循环流导致旋流器分级精度低的问题,提出了一种通过改进柱顶结构提高旋流器分级精度的办法,采用数值分析探究了柱顶结构对旋流器内部流场和分级性能的影响机理。结果表明:采用外凸型柱顶结构可使旋流器内部流场更加稳定,且短路流量和循环流量大幅降低,其中短路流量仅为8.1%,较常规旋流器减少了11.5个百分点,同时,外凸型柱顶结构旋流器的切割能力较常规旋流器有明显提高,切割粒径仅为11.82μm,分级精度大幅提升。因此,在不改变溢流管结构的基础上,外凸型结构可有效减少短路流量。In response to the problem of low classification accuracy caused by short-circuit flow and circulating flow in hydrocyclones,this paper proposes a method to improve the classification accuracy of hydrocyclones by improving the column top structure.Numerical analysis is used to explore the impact mechanism of the column top structure on the internal flow field and classification performance of hydrocyclones.The results show that using an external convex column top structure can make the internal flow field of hydrocyclones more stable,and significantly reduce short-circuit flow and circulating flow,The short-circuit flow rate is only 8.1%,which is 11.5 percentage points less than the conventional cyclone.At the same time,the cutting ability of the outer convex column top structure cyclone is significantly improved compared to the conventional cyclone,with a cutting particle size of only 11.82 μm,and the classification accuracy is greatly improved.Therefore,on the basis of not changing the structure of the overflow pipe,the outer convex structure can effectively reduce the short-circuit flow rate and achieve higher product quality.
