摘 要:高浓度尾砂充填由于其尾砂利用率高、料浆泌水率低等优点,在我国矿山充填领域得到迅速推广应用。针对高浓度料浆输送过程中出现的管路堵塞甚至爆管等问题,通过探究充填管路堵塞、爆管机理,分析管路压力变化及控制方式,开发了泵送充填智能调压控制系统。基于长短期记忆网络(LSTM)及PID控制原理建立堵塞预测模型并设计了联合控制方案,开发了控制系统可视化软件。利用自主研发的管输环流装置进行充填实验。结果表明,采用70%浓度铁矿超细尾砂进行泵送充填时,泵送充填智能调压控制系统预测堵塞概率可达80.2%,联合控制方案可以自动采用不同的调压方式,防止充填管道堵塞、爆管。为矿山智能化充填提供了一种新的思路和方法。Due to the advantages of high utilisation rate of tailing sand and low water secretion rate of slurry,high concentration tailing sand filling has been rapidly promoted and applied in the field of mine filling in China.In view of the problems of pipeline blockage and even pipe burst during the conveying process of high-concentration slurry,an intelligent pressure control system for pumping and filling was developed by exploring the mechanism of blockage and bursting of filling pipeline,and analysing the change of pipeline pressure and control mode.Based on the long and short-term memory network(LSTM)and PID control principle,the clogging prediction model was established and the joint control scheme was designed,and the control system visualisation software was developed.Filling experiments were carried out using the self-developed pipe conveying circulation device,and the experimental results showed that when 70% of the concentration of iron ore superfine tailings was used for pumping and filling,the clogging probability predicted by the pumping and filling intelligent pressure control system could be up to 80.2%,and the joint control scheme could automatically adopt different pressure regulating modes to prevent the clogging and bursting of the filling pipe.It provides a new idea and method for intelligent filling in mines.
