摘  要:为模拟尾矿泥浆在不同盐溶液中的沉降过程,以探究其沉降特性,通过自由沉降试验获取了尾矿泥浆在不同浓度盐溶液中的沉降曲线数据,并基于五参数模型对试验数据进行拟合。结果表明,该模型能够较好地拟合沉降曲线,反映了矿泥沉降过程的特征及其与盐溶液浓度的关系。进一步对模型进行微分分析,得到了矿泥沉降速率表达式,并绘制了速率随时间变化的图像。研究结果验证了五参数模型在模拟矿泥沉降过程中的可靠性和可行性,为定量分析和预测矿泥沉降速率提供了有效的工具,同时为深入理解沉降过程的动态特性提供了重要支持。This study aims to simulate the settling process of tailings slurry in different salt solutions to explore its settling characteristics.Experimental data of the settling curves of tailings slurry in salt solutions of different concentrations were obtained through free settling tests,and the experimental data were fitted using the five-parameter model.The results show that the model can fit the settling curves well,reflecting the characteristics of the settling process of tailings mud and its relationship with salt solution concentration.Further differential analysis of the model yielded the expression of the settling rate of the tailings mud,and graphs showing the rate variation with time were plotted.The results of the study validate the reliability and feasibility of the five-parameter model in simulating the settling process of tailings mud,providing an effective tool for quantitative analysis and prediction of the settling rate of tailings mud,while also providing important support for a deeper understanding of the dynamic characteristics of the settling process.
