摘　　要：总结1例肾移植术后再行双肺移植术患者的临床护理经验。护理要点包括多层面有效管理血压和容量,维持血流动力学稳定;细菌去定植联合抗菌药物管理,降低感染发生风险;加强免疫抑制剂特殊管理,避免药物相关不良反应;实施认知策略训练和运动功能训练,预防及改善谵妄。经积极救治与精心护理,患者术后第7天拔除气管插管并下床活动,术后第9天转出监护室,术后第16天康复出院,随访10个月患者各项机体功能恢复良好。To summarize the clinical nursing experience of a patient who underwent double lung transplantation after kidney transplantation.The key points of nursing include multi-dimensional effective management of blood pressure and volume,maintaining hemodynamic stability;bacterial decolonization combined with antimicrobial management to reduce the risk of infection;strengthen the special management of immunosuppressants to avoid drug-related adverse reactions;implement cognitive strategy training and motor function training to prevent and improve delirium.After active treatment and careful care,the patient was removed from the tracheal tube and got out of bed on the 7th day after surgery,transferred out of the ICU on the 9th day after surgery,recovered and discharged from the hospital on the 16th day after surgery,and was followed up for 10 months.
