摘  要:为了能够实现聚合物在沥青路面材料紫外老化控制方面的合理应用,优选树脂改性剂作为沥青抗老化改性材料,采用聚离子束扫描电镜全面表征树脂改性剂的微观形貌及结构特征,借助变温红外光谱深入分析树脂改性剂的官能团组成及特点,在此基础上制备了树脂改性沥青胶结料.系统研究紫外老化条件下树脂改性沥青路用性能的变化规律,全面表征紫外老化过程中树脂改性沥青表面状况及微观形貌的演化规律,深入研究紫外老化作用下树脂改性沥青官能团组成的变化规律.研究结果表明,树脂改性剂微观形貌主要表现为晶体结构;树脂改性剂能够有效提高沥青胶结料的抗老化性能,有效缓解紫外老化过程中沥青微裂缝的产生,但对于沥青胶结料的主要化学组成并未产生明显影响.In order to realize the reasonable application of resin in the ultraviolet aging control of asphalt pavement materials,this paper selects resin modifier as asphalt anti-aging modifier.Ion beam scanning electron microscopy was used to characterize the microstructure and structural characteristics of resin modifiers.The functional group composition and characteristics of resin modifiers were analyzed.Resin modified asphalt binder was prepared and the changes in road performance of resin modified asphalt under UV aging conditions were systematically studied.The evolution law of surface condition and microstructure of resin modified asphalt during UV aging process has been studied.The changes in functional group composition of resin modified asphalt under UV aging were analyzed.The research results indicate that the microstructure of resin modifiers mainly manifests as crystal structure.The resin modifier can improve the aging resistance of asphalt binder and effectively alleviate the generation of asphalt microcracks during UV aging,but it has no significant impact on the main chemical composition of asphalt binder.
