摘　　要：以2019年为时间截面,采用熵权-TOPSIS法构建评价指标体系,从市域、省域、区域3个层面对我国海洋旅游竞争力进行评价,并利用SPSS软件对我国54个沿海地区的海洋旅游发展层次进行聚类分析.结果显示:(1)上海的海洋旅游竞争力最强,综合得分0.49;辽宁盘锦的海洋旅游竞争力最弱,综合得分0.09;市域间海洋旅游竞争力差异显著.(2)广东在我国11个沿海省份中海洋旅游竞争力最强,综合得分3.25.(3)三大沿海区域的海洋旅游竞争力相比,珠三角整体较强,环渤海与长三角相当.(4)54个沿海地区的海洋旅游竞争力可划分为4个层次,依次为综合型、市场型、资源型和一般竞争力型.Taking 2019 as the time section,this paper uses the entropy weight-TOPSIS method to construct the evaluation index system,evaluates the competitiveness of China’s marine tourism from the three levels of city,province and region,and uses SPSS software to cluster the marine tourism development levels of 54 coastal areas in China.The results show that:First of all,Shanghai’s marine tourism competitiveness is the strongest,with a comprehensive score of 0.49;the marine tourism competitiveness of Liaoning Panjin is the weakest,with a comprehensive score of 0.09.There are significant differences in the competitiveness of marine tourism among cities.Secondly,Guangdong has the strongest competitiveness in marine tourism among the 11 coastal provinces in China,with a comprehensive score of 3.25.Thirdly,compared with the competitiveness of marine tourism in the three coastal regions,the Pearl River Delta is relatively strong as a whole,and the Bohai Rim is comparable to the Yangtze River Delta.The marine tourism competitiveness of 54 coastal areas can be divided into four levels,which are comprehensive,market-oriented,resource-based and general competitiveness.
