摘　　要：经济体制改革是全面深化改革的牵引,高水平社会主义市场经济体制是中国式现代化的重要保障。在唯物史观看来,生产方式是生产力与生产关系的辩证统一体,市场经济体制是一种特定的社会生产方式。社会主义市场经济体制是符合现阶段发展背景和条件的“经济的社会形态”,高水平社会主义市场经济体制的本质是高水平生产方式,这是建立在新质生产力基础上的新型生产关系的总和,也即现代化经济体系。以进一步全面深化改革推进高水平社会主义市场经济体制建设,在微观层面上,要通过所有制和收入分配体制机制改革进一步增强市场主体活力;在中观层面上,要从产业和区域双重维度进一步推动市场经济体制高质量发展;在宏观层面上,要通过优化市场基础制度进一步完善全国统一大市场。Serving as the driving force for the overall deepening of reform and a high-standard socialist mar ket economy,the reform of the economic system provides an important guarantee for Chinese moderniza tion.From the perspective of historical materialism,the mode of production represents the dialectical u nity of productive forces and relations of production and the market economy is a specific mode of social production.The socialist market economy is a“social form of economy”in line with the background and conditions of the current stage of development.The essence of the high-standard socialist market econo my is the high-standard mode of production,which is a synthesis of new production relations based on the new quality productive forces,i.e.,the modernized economic system.To promote the construction of a high-standard socialist market economy on further deepening reform comprehensively,it is necessary to enhance the vitality of market participants at micro-level via reforms in institutional mechanisms of ownership and income distribution;at the meso-level,to further advance the high-quality development of the market system from both industrial and regional dimensions;and at the macro level,to further im prove the unified national market by optimizing fundamental market systems.
