摘  要:提升船舶涂装作业中挥发性有机化合物(Volatile Organic Compounds,VOCs)排放治理的有效性,可以改善大气环境质量和保障人体健康。针对船舶涂装排放特征进行深入分析,并评估源头削减、过程控制、末端治理等典型治理技术的应用效果。研究结果表明,源头削减措施如采用低VOCs含量涂料和优化涂装工艺,能够显著减少污染物排放;过程控制技术如密闭喷涂系统和高效过滤装置,可进一步降低排放浓度;末端治理措施如活性炭吸附和催化燃烧,能够有效去除残余污染物。综合治理策略的应用展示了显著的环保效益,证明其在实际操作中的可行性。通过系统性的多角度治理措施,船舶涂装作业的VOCs排放可以得到显著控制,为相关行业提供了具有参考价值的治理路径,有助于推动大气环境质量的持续改善。Improving the effectiveness of emission control of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)in ship painting operations can improve atmospheric environmental quality and protect human health.Through in-depth analysis of the coating emission characteristics,the application effect of typical treatment technologies such as source reduction are evaluated,process control and terminal treatment.The study results show that the source reduction measures such as low VOCs content coating and optimized coating process can significantly reduce pollutant emission;Process control technologies such as closed spraying system and efficient filtration device can further reduce the emission concentration;Terminal treatment measures such as activated carbon adsorption and catalytic combustion can effectively remove residual pollutants.The application of the comprehensive treatment strategy shows the significant environmental benefits and proves its feasibility in practical operation.Through systematic multi-angle governance measures,the VOCs emission of ship coating operation can be significantly controlled which provides a reference governance path for related industries and helps to promote the continuous improvement of atmospheric environment quality.
