摘  要:为了研究双壁管通风系统的流量与压强损失的关系,指导风机的选型,以某主机的双壁管通风系统的通风管路为研究对象,采用混合气体模型在293.15K下研究不同通气流量条件下的吹扫过程,对5种工况进行数值研究。结果表明:双壁管的通气流量与通风管路的压强损失呈非线性关系,随通气流量的增加而增加;通过函数拟合获得通气流量和双壁管通风管路的压强损失的具体公式,并对比4种工况下的数值计算结果和公式预测结果,双壁管通风管路压强损失的误差均小于2.0%,验证了公式的准确性,根据计算结果选择的风机有效地实现双壁管通风系统的经济性和安全性。研究成果对于工程应用具有一定的参考价值。In order to study the relationship between flow rate and pressure loss in a double-walled pipe ventilation system and to guide the selection of fans,the ventilation pipe of a double-walled pipe ventilation system of a certain main engine is taken as the research object.A mixed gas model is used to study the blowing process under different ventilation flow rates at 293.15 K,and numerical studies are conducted under five working conditions.The results show that there is a non-linear relationship between the ventilation flow rate of double-walled pipes and the pressure loss of ventilation pipelines,which increases with the increase of ventilation flow rate;The specific formula for ventilation flow rate and pressure loss of double-walled pipe ventilation pipeline is obtained by function fitting.The results of numerical calculation and formula prediction under four working conditions are compared.The relative error of pressure loss is both less than 2.0%,which verifies the accuracy of the formula.Based on the calculation results,the selected fan effectively achieves the economy and safety of the double wall pipe ventilation system.The research results have a certain reference value for engineering applications.
