摘 要:为了研究斜船台串联建造法对下水过程中船舶安全性的影响,指导串联建造船舶安全下水,以系列海工辅助船的建造为例,介绍一种较新型的斜船台串联建造牵引下水技术,通过分析串联建造船舶下水过程存在的限制因素,对下水牵引方案进行设计、对设备资源的组合及工艺流程进行研究。结果表明,牵引下水技术对在斜船台上串联建造的船舶下水安全有效。研究成果可为牵引下水技术在其他船型斜船台上的应用推广提供一定参考。In order to study the impact of the inclined slipway series construction method on the safety of ships during the launching process and to guide the safe launching of series-built ships,a relatively new inclined slipway series construction traction launching technology is introduced using the construction of a series of marine auxiliary ships as an example.By analyzing the limiting factors in the launching process of series-built ships,the launching traction scheme is designed,and the combination of equipment resources and process flow are studied.The results indicate that traction launching technology is safe and effective for launching series-built ships on inclined shipways.The research results can provide certain referencse for the application and promotion of traction launching technology to other types of ships on inclined shipways.
