摘 要:【目的】为探究乳酸片球菌对初生肉仔鸡盲肠菌群结构的影响。【方法】从1日龄开始在饲料中添加乳酸片球菌对肉仔鸡进行饲喂,在第21天和第42天,取肉仔鸡盲肠内容物,通过对盲肠肠道微生物16S rDNA基因V3+V4区高通量测序,检测饲喂乳酸片球菌后对初生肉仔鸡盲肠菌群结构的变化。【结果】各组42 d时的Chao1指数、Ace指数、Shannon指数和Simpson指数均高于21 d时其指数,21 d时各试验组的OTU数目、Chao1指数、Ace指数、Shannon指数和Simpson指数均高于对照组;通过PCoA分析和NMDS分析发现,各组在21 d时散在分布聚类,42 d时各中部明显聚类;试验组与对照组相比降低了变形菌门的相对丰度,提高了厚壁菌门、拟杆菌属、巨细胞菌属、另枝杆菌的相对丰度;通过LEfSe分析显示21 d和42 d时各组存在差异微生物,可见不同试验组肉仔鸡肠道微生物在结构和组成上相对稳定但存在差异。【结论】饲喂乳酸片球菌可以提高初生肉仔鸡盲肠菌群的丰度和多样性,在一定程度上促进有益菌群数量的增加。【Objective】To investigate the effects of Pediococcus acidilactici on the cecal microbiota structure of neonatal broilers.【Method】Broilers were fed with P.acidilactici from 1 day of age.On days 21 and 42,the cecal contents of the broilers were collected.The changes in cecal microbiota structure after feeding P.acidilactici were detected by high-throughput sequencing of the V3+V4 region of the 16S rDNA gene in cecal gut microbiota.【Result】The Chao1 index,Ace index,Shannon index and Simpson index of each group on day 42 were higher than those on day 21,and the OTU number,Chao1 index,Ace index,Shannon index and Simpson index of each experimental group were higher than those of the control group on day 21.Through PCoA analysis and NMDS analysis,it was found that each group was scattered and clustered on day 21,with obvious clustering on day 42.Compared with the control group,the relative abundance of Proteobacteria decreased,the relative abundance of Firmicutes,Bacteroides,Megamonas and Altistipe were increased.LEfSe analysis showed that there were different microorganisms in each group on day 21 and 42,indicating that the gut microorganisms in different groups were relatively stable but different in structure and composition.【Conclusion】Feeding P.acidilactici can improve the abundance and diversity of the cecal microbiota in newborn broilers and,to some extent,promote the increase of beneficial microbiota.
