摘  要:为改善玻璃涂层对钛合金的高温抗氧化保护效果,本研究通过球磨法在纯玻璃涂层浆料中引入Ti_(3)AlC_(2)增强相粉末,将浆料刮涂在TC4合金表面并进行抗氧化测试。结果表明,当Ti_(3)AlC_(2)添加量(质量分数)为5%(TAC5涂层)时,TC4合金基底α污染层的厚度最薄,约为65.78μm。在相同测试条件下,TAC5涂层的α污染层厚度相比于纯玻璃涂层减少约四分之一。Ti_(3)AlC_(2)在1100~1300 K与O_(2)反应的吉布斯自由能均为负值,结合BSE、XRD、Raman和TG等表征结果表明,Ti_(3)AlC_(2)与渗入涂层中的O_(2)反应,优先生成Al_(2)O_(3)和TiO_(2),从而减少基底与氧气的接触,提高了涂层对TC4合金的高温抗氧化保护能力。同时,Ti_(3)AlC_(2)氧化生成的CO_(2)气体在涂层表面和内部形成了微孔。In order to enhance the high-temperature antioxidation protection effect provided by glass coating on titanium alloy,Ti_(3)AlC_(2)reinforcing phase was introduced into pure glass coating slurry by ball milling method,the slurry was scraped onto the surface of TC4 alloys,and the antioxidant test was conducted.The results show that when 5%(wt%)Ti_(3)AlC_(2)(TAC5 coating)is added,the thickness ofα-contamination layer of the TC4 alloy substrate is minimized,measuring approximately 65.78μm.In comparison to the pure glass coating under similar test condition,the thickness ofα-contamination layer of the TAC5 coating is reduced by about one quarter.The Gibbs free energy of the reaction of Ti_(3)AlC_(2)with O_(2)from 1100 K to 1300 K is negative.Combined with BSE,XRD,Raman and TG tests,the results show that Ti_(3)AlC_(2)reacts with the oxygen infiltrated into the coating to preferentially generate Al_(2)O_(3)and TiO_(2),which reduces the contact between the substrate and the oxygen and improves the high-temperature antioxidation protection of the coating.In the meantime,the surface and interior of the coating develop micropores due to the CO 2 gas produced by the oxidation of Ti_(3)AlC_(2).
