摘　　要：片面追求产业空间功能效率与经济收益导致产业园区呈现高密度与匀质化特征,削弱了园区活力,影响企业的吸引力及竞争力。从产业需求与空间体验角度出发,探索秩序建构下的活力营造对产业空间可持续发展的影响。以北京亦庄细胞治疗研发中试基地为例,从“游而不止、分而不离、和而不同、小而无界”4个方面,探讨创新型生物医药园区秩序与活力的有机融合,旨在实现产业空间高技术与高情感的协调发展。The one-sided pursuit of industrial space functional ef-ficiency and economic benefits has led to high-density and homogeneous characteristics in industrial parks,weakening their vitality and affecting the attractiveness and competitiveness of enterprises.From the perspective of industrial demand and spatial experience,explore the impact of vitality creation under order construction on the sustainable development of industrial space.Taking the Beijing Yizhuang Cell Therapy Research and Develop-ment Pilot Base as an example,the organic integration of order and vitality in innovative biopharmaceutical parks are explored from four aspects of“traveling without stop-ping,separating without leaving,harmonious without uni-formity,and small without boundaries”,aiming to achieve the coordinated development of high-tech and high emo-tional industrial space.
