摘 要:近年来,深圳市开展以城市更新、土地整备等为主要方式的连片低效用地二次开发,为更好优化空间配置,在政府统筹引导下,小规模项目逐步转向大片区统筹项目。以深圳13号线车辆段片区综合开发项目为例,从项目早期生成到统筹实施落地等全流程探讨实践经验,以为连片低效用地开发路径选择提供借鉴。In recent years,Shenzhen has carried out secondary development of contiguous and inefficient land mainly through urban renewal and land preparation.In order to optimize spatial allocation better,it has gradually shifted from small-scale projects to large-scale coordinated proj-ects under the guidance of government coordination.Tak-ing the comprehensive development project of the Shen-zhen Line 13 Depot Area as an example,the experience of entire process from early project generation to overall implementation and landing is studied,in order to provide practical references for the path selection of contiguous and inefficient land development.
