摘　　要：以上海船厂(浦东)区域2E3-2地块项目为例,从总体布局、交通设计、景观设计、套型设计及立面设计出发,探索城市滨江住宅规划设计策略,为同类住宅规划设计提供借鉴。Taking the 2E3-2 plot project in Shanghai Shipyard(Pudong)area as an example,the planning and design strategies of urban riverside residential buildings from the perspective of overall layout,traffic design,landscape design,set design and facade design are explored,to provide references for the planning and design of similar residential buildings.
