摘　　要：传统养老方式已难以满足老年人群的多样化需求,且养老服务的供给与需求之间存在差距。研究考虑多元复合格局,根据医养型社区规划设计原则,提出综合性医养型社区设施规划设计方案,并从政策层面、规划层面和建筑层面对其展开详细阐述,对于构建更加人性化、高效和可持续的养老服务医养型社区具有重要意义,有助于提升老年人对生活的满意度,并增进社会福祉。Traditional elderly care methods are no longer able to meet the diverse needs of the elderly population,and there is a gap between the supply and demand of elderly care services.Considering a diverse and complex pattern,based on the principles of planning and design for medi-cal and elderly care communities,a comprehensive plan for the planning and design of medical and elderly care community facilities is proposed,and detailed explana-tions are given from the policy,planning,and architectural levels.This is of great significance for building a more hu-mane,efficient,and sustainable elderly care service med-ical and elderly care community,which can help improve the satisfaction of the elderly with their lives and enhance social welfare.
