安徽省应用型高等教育发展效率研究

摘　　要：基于超效率SBM模型和Malmquist指数模型,采用2018—2022年安徽省应用型高校的面板数据,分析安徽省应用型高等教育发展效率及其跨期变动情况。研究发现,总体上安徽省应用型高等教育发展效率在研究期内呈现波动下降的趋势,但平均值达到有效水平;安徽省应用型高等教育发展效率的全要素生产率变化指数和技术进步指数在研究期内均缓慢上升,仅有技术效率指数缓慢下降。基于上述研究结果,安徽省实现应用型高等教育的有效发展是一种必然,需要从薄弱高校、科研投入、师资建设和专业设定四个方面推动安徽省应用型高等教育发展的落实。Based on the super-efficiency SBM model and Malmquist index model,panel data of applied higher education in Anhui Province from 2018-2022 are used to analyze the development efficiency of applied higher education in Anhui Province and its inter-period changes.It is found that overall the development efficiency of applied higher education in Anhui Province shows a fluctuating downward trend during the study period,but its average value reaches the effective level;the total factor productivity change index and the technical progress index of the development efficiency of applied higher education in Anhui Province both increase slowly during the study period,and only the technical efficiency index decreases slowly.Based on the above findings,it is a necessity to realize the effective development of applied higher education in Anhui Province,and it is necessary to promote the implementation of the development of applied higher education in Anhui Province from the four aspects of weak colleges and universities,scientific research inputs,faculty construction and specialty setting.
