摘　　要：依据老年读者阅读行为影响因素构建涵盖老年读者基本信息、阅读偏好、图书馆能力、图书馆体验等4个一类标签和20个二类标签的老年读者群体画像标签体系,运用成对比较矩阵计算二类标签权重,通过问卷调查、实地访谈、读者数据分析等方法获取标签特征频度数据并计算出二类标签特征权重,生成老年读者群体画像。对画像进行可视化与频度化描述,并从理念、资源、服务、空间、设施设备、活动、环境等方面提出图书馆促进低龄老年读者阅读服务的建议。Based on the influencing factors of elderly readers’reading behavior,the paper constructs a label description system for elderly reader persona,covering four primary labels including basic information,reading preferences,library capabilities,and library experiences,as well as 20 secondary labels.Then it uses pairwise comparison matrices to calculate the weights of the secondary labels.And it obtains the frequency data of secondary label characteristics by utilizing methods such as questionnaire surveys,field interviews,and analysis of reader data.Then it calculates the weights of the secondary label characteristics to generate the elderly reader persona.It describes the persona,and provides suggestions for promoting reading services for younger elderly readers in public libraries from aspects such as ideology,resources,services,space,facilities,equipment,activities,and environment.
