摘 要:以Pr6O11、Cu、Al三种物质混合作为扩散介质,对磁体进行晶界扩散处理。采用SEM、XRD、磁性能测量仪分别研究扩散磁体的组织结构及磁性能变化。结果表明,晶界扩散后富稀土相相比原始磁体更加倾向于沿晶界分布,浸润主相晶界,使更多的主相晶粒相互分离。在600℃×3 h扩散条件下,磁体的矫顽力较原始及同条件热处理的磁体有所提升。扩散物比例Pr6O11∶Cu∶Al为70∶15∶15时,磁体的矫顽力达到最大为1433.6 k A/m,相对于原始磁体矫顽力提高了5.96%,晶界扩散Pr/Cu/Al元素可以有效地提高磁体矫顽力。The mixture of Pr6O11,Cu and Al was used as a diffused medium the magnetic material,treated with grain boundary diffusion.The microstructure and magnetic properties of the diffusion magnet were studied by SEM,XRD and magnetic property tester.The results show that the rich-rare earth phase becomes more inclined to distribute along the grain boundary diffusion,wetting the main phase grain boundaries,and causing more main phase grains to separate from each other.Under the condition of 600℃×3 h diffusion,the coercivity of the magnet is higher than that of the original and heat-treated magnets under the same conditions.When diffusion ratio(Pr6O11):Cu∶Al is 70∶15∶15,the coercivity of the magnet reaches the maximum,which is 1433.6 kA/m,which is 5.96%higher than that of the original magnet.The diffusion of Pr/Cu/Al at grain boundary can effectively improve the coercivity of the magnet.
