摘 要:为实现工业稀土电解槽中熔盐组分质量比的快速检测,采用步冷曲线法考察了REF_(3)-LiF-RE_(2)O_(3)(RE=PrNd)系熔盐中熔盐组分与液相线温度的关系。研究表明,熔盐组分(PrNd)F_(3)与Li F的质量比w[(PrNd)F_(3)]∶w(LiF)在1∶1~2∶1的区间内熔盐液相线温度逐渐降低,质量比w[(PrNd)F_(3)]∶w(LiF)在2∶1~11∶1的区间内熔盐液相线温度逐渐升高。氧化镨钕的含量会影响(PrNd)F_(3)-LiF熔盐的液相线温度,特别是组分质量比为4∶1时氧化镨钕将熔盐液相线温度提升明显,其余组分质量比条件下氧化镨钕对熔盐液相线温度影响不大。选择江西某稀土电解企业正常运行电解槽内的氟化物熔盐作为验证目标,使用自研装置对熔盐组分进行检测并与ICP化验结果进行对比。结果显示,根据本文方法计算的熔盐组分质量比区间与ICP化验结果接近,证明了本文方法的有效性。In order to realize the rapid detection of the mass ratio of molten salt components in industrial rare earth electrolytic cells,the relationship between the molten salt components and the liquidus temperature of(PrNd)F_(3)-LiF-RE_(2)O_(3)(RE=PrNd)system molten salts was investigated in this paper.Specifically,when the mass ratio of(PrNd)F_(3) to LiF is in the range of 1∶1 to 2∶1,the liquidus temperature of the molten salt gradually decreases,and when the mass ratio of the molten salt is in the range of 2∶1 to 11∶1,the liquidus temperature increases gradually.The content of neodymium praseodymium oxide will affect the liquidus temperature of(PrNd)F_(3)-LiF molten salt,especially when the mass ratio of the components is 4∶1,the liquidus temperature of the molten salt will be significantly increased by praseodymium and neodymium oxide.The influence of praseodymium and neodymium oxide on the liquidus temperature of molten salt under other mass ratio of components is not significant.The fluoride molten salt in the normal operation electrolytic cell of a rare earth electrolysis enterprise in Jiangxi was selected as the verification target,and the components of the molten salt were detected by a self-developed device and the results were compared with those by ICP.The results show that the mass ratio range of molten salt components calculated by the method in this paper is very close to the ICP test results,which proves the effectiveness of the method in this paper.
