摘　　要：中国共产党成立之前,一些早期组织就已经着力于培养工人的阶级意识。1920—1923年是中国共产党培养工人阶级意识的重要阶段。中国共产党着力于提高工人的斗争觉悟,增强他们对阶级团结和阶级斗争形式的认识。在此过程中,中国共产党成立了工会来加强对工人的领导,创办了工人刊物来开展针对性的宣传工作,还成立了工人学校对工人进行系统教育。中国共产党选派了大量优秀的共产党员深入到工人群众中去开展工作。他们不仅采用由浅入深、通俗易懂的方式来启发工人,也通过多种渠道丰富教育的形式。随着培养工人阶级意识工作的不断深入,中国共产党在工人中扩大了影响力并提升了领导地位。同时,工人的斗争觉悟得到增强,对阶级团结和阶级斗争形式也有了更深刻的认识。可以说中国共产党对工人所开展的思想工作,推动了工人运动的蓬勃发展。Before the founding of the Communist Party of China,some of the early organizations had already focused on cultivating the class consciousness of workers.The period from 1920 to 1923 was an important stage in the cultivation of working class consciousness by the Communist Party of China.The Communist Party of China has focused on raising workers'consciousness of struggle and enhancing their understanding of class unity and forms of class struggle.In the process,the Communist Party of China set up trade unions to strengthen its leadership over workers,created workers'publications to carry out targeted propaganda work,and set up workers'schools to systematically educate workers.The Communist Party of China has selected a large number of outstanding Communist Party members to go deep into the working masses to carry out work.They not only inspire workers in an easy-to-understand way,but also enrich the form of education through a variety of channels.With the deepening of the work of cultivating the consciousness of the working class,the Communist Party of China has expanded its influence and elevated its leadership position among the workers.At the same time,the workers'consciousness of struggle has been strengthened,and they have a deeper understanding of class unity and the forms of class struggle.It can be said that the ideological work carried out by the Communist Party of China among workers has promoted the vigorous development of the workers'movement.
