摘  要:目的:新兵是军队战斗力的源头和基础,其入伍后的心理筛查和科学管理至关重要,本研究探讨基于“素质-应激理论”的线索调查和因素分析对新兵心理复检和管理工作的意义。方法:以武警某部2019至2023年入伍新兵为研究对象,在采用全军《新兵心理健康信息采集系统》软件进行心理检测的基础上,开展基于“素质-应激理论”的线索调查和因素分析,筛查精神心理问题的阳性人员,分析精神心理问题产生的主要因素。结果:47.66%的初筛阳性人员、20.24%的确诊阳性人员、23.64%的退兵人员由线索调查补充筛查出来。对确诊阳性人员精神心理问题产生的因素进行主成分分析和相关性分析,结果显示性格、慢性压力、精神情绪、创伤、慢性疾病、急性应激是主要因素,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:基于“素质-应激理论”的线索调查和因素分析能显著提高精神心理问题的初筛敏感性、阳性检出率和退兵率,从源头上确保了新兵的优质心理素质,同时揭示了高风险人员精神心理问题产生的主要因素,对这类人员的分类处置和科学管理具有指导意义。Objective:New recruits are the foundation of military combat capability,making psychological screening and scientific management essential post-enlistment.This study explores the significance of cues investigation and factor analysis based on the“diathesisstress theory”in the psychological re-evaluation and management of new recruits.Methods:Newly enlisted recruits from a specific unit of the Armed Police Force from 2019 to 2023 served as the study population.Using the military-wide“New Recruits’Psychological Health Information Collection System”for initial psychological screening,cues investigation and factor analysis based on the“diathesis-stress theory”were conducted to screen for mental health issues.The primary factors contributing to these issues were also analyzed.Results:The cues investigation identified 47.66%of initial positive cases,20.24%of confirmed positive cases,and 23.64%of cases requiring discharge.Principal component analysis and correlation analysis of the factors contributing to mental health issues among confirmed positive cases showed personality,chronic stress,mental state,trauma,chronic illness,and acute stress as the main factors,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cues investigation and factor analysis based on the“diathesis-stress theory”can significantly enhance the sensitivity of initial screening,positive detection rates,and discharge rates for mental health issues,ensuring higher-quality psychological profiles among new recruits from the outset.The findings also reveal key factors associated with mental health issues in high-risk individuals,providing guidance for classification,intervention,and management.
