摘 要:蛋白质类植物免疫诱抗剂是一类能诱导植物产生防卫反应的特殊化合物,主要来源于病原微生物、生防微生物、寄主植物以及寄主-病原物相互作用过程。蛋白质类激发子通过引发植物病原相关分子模式触发免疫和效应器触发免疫反应来提高植物的抗性,涉及活性氧、Ca^(2+)、水杨酸、茉莉酸、赤霉素和乙烯等级联信号通路。能增强植物对细菌性、真菌性和病毒性病害以及环境胁迫的应力。未来应关注对蛋白质类免疫诱抗剂迟效性和稳定性的改良,多种激发子联用或与其他药剂联用,及其在植物育种中的应用。本文在总结了蛋白质类激发子的来源、作用机制和应用现状的基础上,指出了当前所存在的问题和未来发展趋势,为利用蛋白质类激发子开发绿色生物农药提供科学依据。Protein-based plant immune inducers are special compounds that can induce plant defense responses.They are mainly derived from pathogenic microorganisms,biocontrol microorganisms,host plants,and host-pathogen interaction processes.Protein elicitors improve plant resistance by triggering plant pathogen-associated molecular patterns to trigger immunity and effectors to trigger immune responses that frequently involve reactive oxygen species,Ca^(2+),salicylic acid,jasmonic acid,gibberellin,and ethylene cascade signaling pathways.They can bolster plant resistance against bacterial,fungal,and viral diseases,as well as environmental stress.Here we summarize the sources,mechanisms of action,and current applications of protein-based elicitors,identify existing problems,and outline future development trends.We propose that future research should focus on improving the persistence and stability of these elicitors,exploring the combined use of multiple elicitors or their combination with other agents,and their application in plant breeding.,aiming for developing green biopesticides using protein-based elicitors.
