摘  要:为了使新能源高占比电力系统在停电后快速恢复,提出一种计及新能源出力特性的并行恢复分区划分方法。综合考虑新能源电源出力的时空相关性生成多时步序列场景,构建了考虑每个序列场景出现概率的新能源电源多时步期望序列场景。根据所构建的场景确定各带电域的可用功率并划分分区,若分区间存在重叠区域,考虑时间惯性常数、爬坡率、调差率、分区预期增发功率和停电支路恢复价值,对重叠区域内的待恢复对象进行分区调整。最后,在IEEE 118算例系统上进行验证,仿真结果表明所提并行恢复分区划分方法可以加速电网恢复进程,减少停电损失。To expedite the restoration of high-penetration new energy power systems following outages,a partition⁃ing method for parallel restoration is proposed.This method takes into account the characteristics of new energy out⁃put.Multi-time-step series scenarios are generated by comprehensively considering spatiotemporal correlation of the output of new energy power supply.An expected multi-time-step series scenario of new energy power supply,consid⁃ering occurrence probability of each series scenario,is constructed.Based on the expected multi-time-step series scenario of the new energy power supply,the available power of each charged domain is determined,and each charged domain is partitioned accordingly.In cases where there is overlap in partitioning,adjustments are made for objects to be restored in the overlapping areas.Factors considered include time inertia constants,ramp rate,adjust⁃ment rate,expected additional generation capacity,and the restoration value of the de-energized branches.Finally,using the IEEE118-bus system as a basis,it is demonstrated that the proposed partitioning method for parallel resto⁃ration can accelerate the grid restoration and reduce the power outage losses.
