摘 要:动态选粉机作为生料辊压机终粉磨系统的核心设备,结构关系到选粉效率和系统能耗。某品牌高效双分离动态选粉机在生料辊压机终粉磨系统出现细度跑粗、阻力大和导流锥磨损快等问题,结合实际调研情况,对其静叶片、导流锥和动转子及其密封进行了优化改造。改造后,生料产量≥560 t/h,成品细度80μm筛余≤18%,200μm筛余≤2%,系统电耗从16 kWh/t下降至12 kWh/t左右,技术经济效果明显。The dynamic classifier,as the core equipment of theraw meal roller press finished grinding system,has a strucjurethat relates to the classification efficiency and system energyconsumption.A certain brand of high-efficiency doubleseparation dynamic classifier encountered problems such ascoarse fineness,high resistance,and rapid wear of the guidecone in the raw meal roller press finished grinding system.Based on actual investigation,the static blades,guide cone,rotor,and its sealing were optimized and modified.After themodification,the raw meal output was≥560 t/h,the finenessof thefinished product was≤18%for the 80um sieve residueand≤2%for the 200μm sieve residue.The system powerconsumption decreased from 16kWh/t to around 12 kWh/t,showing significant technical and economic benefits.
