摘  要:目的运用KANO模型和感性工学相关研究方法,设计一款儿童智能监护器,以提供更便捷和安全的监护体验。方法先以KANO模型为基础,获取产品的实际需求并对不同的需求进行优先级排序。接着使用感性工学的方法,通过问卷调查法整理感性词汇,搭建产品样本库,筛选典型样本。然后使用SPSS软件进行降维因子分析和主成分分g析,从而获得用户的关键性需求并指导设计实践。结果结合KANO模型和感性工学的研究方法,获得用户对儿童智能监护器的10项需求关键词,并基于感性工学方法,提取相关造型、色彩、功能等设计元素,得出“智能的”“安全的”“温暖的”和“可爱的”4组设计关键词,最终指导儿童智能监护器的设计。结论通过整合KANO模型和感性工学的方法,将用户内心的潜在需求转化为实际的数据并应用到产品设计中,为儿童智能监护器的外部造型、使用功能、体验感受等设计因素提供了新的思路和方法,对未来类似产品的研发也具有一定的借鉴意义。The work aims to use the KANO model and research methods related to Kansei engineering to design an intelligent monitor for children to provide a more convenient and safe monitoring experience.Based on the KANO model,the actual needs of the product were obtained and prioritized.Next,the method of Kansei engineering was adopted to or-ganize Kansei vocabulary through questionnaire survey,and a product sample library was built to screen typical samples.Then SPSS software was used for reduction factor analysis and principal component analysis to obtain critical user needs and guide design practice.By combining the KANO model and the research methods of Kansei engineering,the keywords of 10 user needs for children's intelligent monitors were obtained.Based on the Kansei engineering method,relevant de-sign elements such as shape,color,and function were extracted and four groups of design keywords such as"intelligent","safe","warm"and"cute"were obtained to finally guide the design of children's intelligent monitors.In conclusion,by integrating the KANO model and Kansei engineering methods,the potential needs of users are transformed into actual data and applied to product design,providing new ideas and methods for the design of children's intelligent monitors in terms of shape,functions and feeling,which also has reference significance for the development of similar products in the future.
