摘　　要：目的随着现代社会生活的压力增大,成人的心理健康问题日益突出。针对成人读者面临的情绪和心理需求,将治愈系设计思维融入到成人数字绘本设计当中,提出新的绘本设计方法论,为成人读者提供情感支持及心理舒缓。方法首先,将情绪治愈的过程分为三个层次,包括浅层治愈、中层治愈和深层治愈;其次,通过问卷调查的形式对目标人群进行治愈情绪需求的调研,得出设计机会点,将梳理出的痛点和需求转换为情绪治愈下的功能点,并与成人数字绘本设计层级构建联系,提出基于浅层治愈的情绪认知与连接、基于中层治愈的情绪共鸣与释放、基于深层治愈的情绪治愈与重建三大设计策略;最后,以成人焦虑情绪为例创作治愈系绘本,验证该策略的可行性。结论将情绪治愈引入到数字绘本设计中,可以引发读者的情感共鸣,满足成年读者的心理需求,帮助他们缓解压力,提升心理幸福感,促进心理健康。同时,为数字绘本设计领域提供了新的思路和方法,展示了将治愈系设计理念应用于成人数字绘本创作的巨大潜力。With the increasing pressure of modern social life and the increasing prominence of adults'mental health problems,the work aims to integrate healing design thinking into the design of digital picture books for adults in view of the emotional and psychological needs faced by adult readers,and propose a new picture book design methodology to provide emotional support and psychological relief for adult readers.Firstly,the process of emotional healing was divided into three levels,including superficial healing,middle healing,and deep healing.Secondly,through the form of ques-tionnaire survey,the emotional needs of the target population were investigated,and the design opportunity points were obtained,and the pain points and needs sorted out were converted into functional points under emotional healing,and the connection was constructed with the design level of digital picture books for adults,and three design strategies were pro-posed,including emotional cognition and connection based on superficial healing,emotional resonance and release based on middle healing,and emotional healing and reconstruction based on deep healing.Finally,a healing picture book was created with adult anxiety as an example to verify the feasibility of this strategy.The introduction of emotional healing into digital picture book design can arouse the emotional resonance of readers,meet the psychological needs of adult readers,help them relieve stress,improve psychological well-being,and promote mental health.At the same time,it pro-vides new ideas and methods for the field of digital picture book design,and demonstrates the great potential of applying the concept of healing design to the creation of digital picture books for adults.
