摘  要:做好节能降耗是企业控制生产成本的方式之一,也是响应国家关于节能减排的号召。随着工业自动化的不断发展,通信技术和控制技术的不断进步,各种节能措施不断涌现。在满足循环水系统的工艺要求下,本节能系统采用西门子S7-300PLC,通过PLC的逻辑控制程序控制系统各种工艺参数的检测和设备运行的控制,从而达到节能的效果。Energy conservation and consumption reduction for enterprises is one of the ways to control production costs,and is also a response to the national call on energy conservation and emission reduction.With the continuous development of industrial automation,and the continuous improvement of communication technology and control technology,various energy-saving measures are constantly emerging.Under meeting the process requirements of the circulating water system,this energy saving system adopts Siemens S7-300 PLC to control the detection of various process parameters and the control of equipment run by means of the logic control program of PLC,so as to achieve the effect of energy saving.
