摘　　要：为解决不同云操作系统关注的性能指标不一致、针对同一个指标缺乏统一度量方法等问题,研制GB/T 42140—2022《信息技术云计算云操作系统性能测试指标和度量方法》国家标准,并对标准要点进行解读。该标准中对云操作系统技术框架进行规范,创新性增加响应时间百分位和平均响应时间方差指标和度量方法,明确在性能效率方面关注的指标,可以指导开展云操作系统性能效率测评,为用户采购提供依据,推动云计算产业高质量发展。To address issues such as inconsistent performance metrics of different cloud operating systems and the lack of standardized measurement methods for the same metric,the national standard GB/T 42140—2022"Information technology-Cloud computing-Cloud operating system performance test metrics and measurement method"has been developed.This paper provides an interpretation of the key points of the standard.It specifies the technical framework for cloud operating systems and introduces innovative indicators and measurement methods such as response time percentile and average response time variance to focus on performance efficiency metrics.This standard can guide the evaluation of performance efficiency in cloud operating systems,provide a basis for procurement decisions by users,and promote highquality development within the cloud computing industry.
