企业上云迁移能力通用要求标准解读

摘　　要：随着上云程度逐步加深,企业面临上云迁移带来的业务中断、业务场景及系统间关联性复杂、迁移操作复杂且效率低、迁移成本和风险较高等问题,为填补面向上云迁移场景的能力要求标准的空白,中国电子技术标准化研究院牵头研制《信息技术云计算企业上云迁移能力通用要求》,对该标准要点进行解读。介绍了企业上云迁移能力框架,详细阐述了上云迁移物理资源、上云迁移规划与设计、上云迁移演练与实施、上云迁移验收与交付以及迁移风险管理等方面的能力要求,并对该标准的推广应用做了分析,助力云迁移工作的有序开展。As the degree of cloud computing adoption increases,enterprises face key challenges such as business interruption,complex business scenarios and system interdependencies,complex and low-efficiency migration operations,high migration costs and risks,etc.To fill the gap in the standard requirements for cloud migration scenarios,the"Information technology-Cloud computing-General requirements for cloud migration capabilities of enterprises"standard was developed.This paper introduces the enterprise cloud migration capability framework and elaborates on the requirements for cloud physical resources and analysis,migration planning and design,migration drills and implementation,migration acceptance and delivery,and risk management during migration.It also analyzes the promotion and application of the standard to help the orderly development of cloud migration work.
