摘　　要：新质生产力与“政产学研用”五位一体的深度融合,是协同创新发展的必然趋势和高效助推器。基于未来发展需求,协同创新在合作平台、运行机制和主体活力等方面尚存较大改进空间。为此,有必要构建以信息化和数字化综合服务平台为中心的协同创新模式,着力发挥政府、企业、高校、院所和用户的多主体协同作用,促进平台建设、成果转化、人才培养、技术发展和持续优化等方面不断完善,以可靠的项目团队、完善的管理制度和宽广的合作渠道为实践保障,实现协同创新的市场化、科学化和共享化。The deep integration of new quality productivity and"government-industry-university-research-application"is the inevitable trend and efficient booster of collaborative innovation development.Based on the needs of future development,there is still a lot of room for improvement in collaborative innovation in terms of cooperation platform,operation mechanism and subject vitality.To this end,it is necessary to build a collaborative innovation model centred on an integrated information technology and digital service platform,focusing on the multi-body collaboration of the government,enterprises,colleges,universities,institutes and users,to promote the continuous improvement of platform construction,achievement transformation,talent cultivation,technological development and sustained optimization,and to achieve collaborative innovation with a reliable project team,a perfect management system and a wide range of cooperation channels as a practical guarantee,to achieve the marketisation,scientification and sharing.
