摘　　要：目的探讨安徽省专业公共卫生机构卫生资源配置的现状及其公平性。方法采用Excel 2016对2018—2022年数据进行描述性分析,包括机构数、执业(助理)医师、注册护士数量及实有床位数。利用基尼系数和集中指数从人口、地理面积和人均地区生产总值3个维度评估资源配置的公平性。结果2018—2022年基尼系数介于0.1500~0.5500之间,资源配置合理。部分年份实有床位数基尼系数>0.4,处于警示状态。集中指数范围为-0.0376~0.1987。结论安徽省卫生资源配置总体较为公平,但地区间存在不平衡。需完善人才机制,合理规划床位,促进卫生事业平衡发展,确保资源公平合理利用。Objective To explore the current situation and equity of health resource allocation in professional public health institutions in Anhui Province.Methods Excel 2016 was used to conduct descriptive analysis on the data from 2018 to 2022,including the number of institutions,practicing(assistant)physicians,registered nurses and actual beds.The Gini coefficient and the concentration index were used to evaluate the fairness of resource allocation from the three dimensions of population,geographical area and per capita GDP.Results From 2018 to 2022,the Gini coefficient was between 0.1500 and 0.5500,showing the rationality of resource allocation.In some years,the Gini coefficient of the actual number of beds exceeded 0.4,showing a warning state.The concentration index ranged from-0.0376 to 0.1987.Conclusion The allocation of health resources in Anhui Province is generally fair,but there is an imbalance between regions.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the talent mechanism,rationally plan beds,promote the balanced development of health undertakings,and ensure the fair and reasonable use of resources.
