失效模式与效应分析在医院感染管理中的促进作用分析

摘　　要：目的评估失效模式与效应分析在医院感染(以下简称院感)管理中的促进作用,为优化院感管理措施提供科学依据。方法将2024年3—4月、7—8月在金华市人民医院住院的247例患者作为研究对象,选取其中3—4月住院的134例患者作为对照组,采取常规院感控制措施;7—8月住院的113例患者作为干预组,在常规院感控制基础上运用失效模式与效应分析对院感管理措施进行前瞻性预警评估。比较两组患者的院感发生率、院感防控措施落实情况,并随机抽取不同干预时段内研究对象所在科室的35~50名医护人员,评估并比较其院感控制措施的执行情况。结果除泌尿系统外,干预组患者各类院感发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05),其各项院感防控措施落实率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预期内患者所在科室医护人员各项院感控制措施执行率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论作为一种前瞻性风险评估预警手段,失效模式与效应分析可以有效提高院感防控效果,推动管理措施更加高效、全面实施。Objetive To explore the role of failure moode and efet analysis in the management of hepital infextian,and to prowide scientife basis for opimizing the management measures of nosocomial infetion Methods A total of 247 patients hepitalized in Jinhua People's Hespital fom March to April and July to August 2024 were selested as the rearch objects,and 134 patients hospitulized from Mareh to April 2024 were selected as the control group,and outine hepital ifetioen control measures were taken.A total of 113 patients who were hespitalized from July to August were ued s the intervention group.On the busis of routine hospitl infection control,filure mode and ffect analyis was used to conduet prospective early waming asssment of hospital infetion mangement measures The ineidenee of hospital infetion and the implementation of hospital infetion prevention and contoal measures were compared between the two groups,and 35-50 medieal stalf in the departments of the saubjeets in diferent inervention periods were mandomly seleced to evaluate and compare the implementation of hoepital inestion control measures Results Except for the urimery system,the incidence of various types of hospital inecion in the intervention group was lower than that in the controal group(P<0.05),and the implementation rate of various hospital infetion prevention and control me asus whigher than that in the control goup(P<005).During the intervention period,the implementation mate of various hospital inetoenn control measures of the medical stalf in the depertment where the patient was loeated a better than that in the control goup(P<005).Condusion As a fonward loking rusk asesment and ealy wamning method,filure mode and ffet analysis can ffecively improve the ffect of hospital infection prevention and contoal,and promote the more efficient and comprehensive implementation of management measures.
