摘 要:针对目前闭腔型氧传感器温度控制精度低、冷启动热应力大、加热时间长的问题,提出一种加热控制策略和控制电路。首先根据氧传感器的工作原理,分析不同加热电压下温度与泵氧循环的关系,结合加热器温度特性实验,确定了传感器的最佳工作温度和最佳加热功率,然后根据传感器的结构和控制要求,设计了一种加热控制策略以及控制电路,为了进一步验证方案的有效性,最后在不同氧体积分数的实际环境中进行测试验证,并与国外传感器进行对比测试。实验结果表明:设计的加热控制策略和控制电路能够很好地满足传感器的温度控制要求,传感器的最佳工作温度为781℃,最佳加热功率约为9 W,首次到达最佳工作温度时间为41 s,在氧体积分数1%~10%范围,传感器测量误差不大于±0.3%,在氧体积分数10%~25%范围,传感器测量误差不大于±0.5%。The heating control strategy and control circuit were proposed to address the issues of low temperature control accuracy,high thermal stress during cold start,and long heating time of closed chamber oxygen sensors.First,according to the working principle of the oxygen sensor,the relationship between the temperature and the pump oxygen cycle under different heating voltages was analyzed,and then combined with the heater temperature characteristic experiment,the optimal operating temperature of the sensor and the optimal heating power were determined,and then according to the structure of the sensor and the control requirements,a heating control strategy as well as the control circuit was designed.In order to further verify the effectiveness of the program,the final test verification was carried out in the actual environment of different oxygen concentration,and comparison test was carried out with foreign sensors.The experimental results show that the designed heating control strategy and control circuit can well meet the temperature control requirements of the sensor.The optimal operating temperature of the sensor is 781℃,the optimal heating power is about 9 W,and the first time to reach the optimal operating temperature is 41 s.In the oxygen concentration range of 1%to 10%,the sensor measurement accuracy error is not more than±0.3%.In the oxygen concentration range of 10%to 25%,the sensor measurement accuracy error is not more than±0.5%.
