摘 要:绕组结构是影响旋转变压器精度的关键因素之一,而VR旋转变压器的感应绕组和励磁绕组之间存在寄生电容,容易干扰信号。针对上述问题,在VR旋转变压器的基础上,设计了一种仅有单相绕组的定子和叶片形转子,结合电桥测量及自感原理的新型绝对式角位移传感器。通过切换电路改变绕线方式,实现精机和粗机绕线的切换,进而实现传感器的绝对测量。采用有限元仿真验证了分析的可行性,得到传感器精机和粗机结构仿真误差峰峰值分别为55.8″和5291″。搭建实验平台,设计传感器样机并进行测试,验证了所提出的传感器结构设计的有效性,在0~360°的采样范围内误差峰峰值约为0.104°。Winding structure is one of the key factors affecting the accuracy of resolver,but there is parasitic capacitance between the induction winding and the excitation winding of the previous VR resolver,which is easy to interfere with the signal.Aiming at the above problems,based on VR resolver,a new absolute angular displacement sensor was proposed and designed,which has only single-phase winding stator and blade rotor,combined with the principle of bridge measurement and self-inductance.By switching circuit,the winding mode can be changed to realize the switching between the fine machine and the coarse machine,and the absolute measurement of the sensor can be realized.Finite element simulation was used to verify the feasibility of the analysis,and the peak-to-peak values of the simulation errors of the fine machine and the coarse machine were 55.8″and 5291″,respectively.The experimental platform was built,the prototype of the sensor was designed and tested,which verified the effectiveness of the proposed sensor structure design,and the peak-to-peak error is 0.104°in the sampling range of 0~360°.
