摘  要:反硫化是利用烯基单体和元素硫合成动态交联的富硫聚合物,这些材料具有极高的含硫量(通常为50%~90%),并展现出一系列独特的特性,如动态S—S键、电化学氧化还原活性、高折射率、中波红外透明性和重金属亲和性.这些特性使得此类聚合物在可修复材料、能源生产与储存、光学设备和环境修复等领域得到了广泛应用.文中综述了多硫化物的合成策略、相应机理、交联剂的种类,以及多硫化物的结构和表征方法.特别地,探讨了温和条件下反硫化反应的最新研究进展,以及进一步推动反硫化法制造聚合物的机遇与挑战.Inverse vulcanization utilizes olefinic monomers and elemental sulfur to synthesize dynamically cross-linked sulfur-rich polymers,which possess an extremely high sulfur content(typically between 50%~90%)and exhibit a series of unique properties,such as dynamic S—S bonds,electrochemical redox activity,high refractive index,mid-infrared transparency,and heavy metal affinity.These characteristics have led to the wide application of these polymers in fields such as repairable materials,energy production and storage,optical devices,and environmental remediation.This article reviews the synthesis strategies of polysulfides,the corresponding mechanisms,the types of cross-linking agents,and the structural and characterization methods of polysulfides.Specifically,it explores the latest advancements in the synthesis of polysulfides through various approaches.The article also looks to the future,discussing opportunities and challenges for further promoting the production of polymers via inverse vulcanization.
