隔膜辉光放电技术合成Cu_(2)O/CuO/MWCNTs及其对葡萄糖的传感性能

摘  要:以铜片作为阳极,底部带有小孔的石英管中插入的铜片作为阴极,在多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs)和Na Cl水溶液中通过隔膜辉光放电(DGD)等离子体技术一步合成了Cu_(2)O/Cu O/MWCNTs纳米复合材料,并对其传感葡萄糖的性能进行了评价.XRD,XPS和SEM分析表明,Cu_(2)O/Cu O成功负载于MWCNTs表面.电化学测试发现,Cu_(2)O/Cu O/MWCNTs纳米材料对葡萄糖的灵敏度为1857,检出限为0.09μmol·L^(-1)(n=11),对实际样品5%葡萄糖注射液的测定值和标签值一致,回收率为97%~110%.以上结果表明,隔膜辉光放电技术是一种制备Cu_(2)O/Cu O/MWCNTs纳米材料的绿色、环保新技术,制备的材料可用于葡萄糖的高灵敏检测.Cu_(2)O/CuO/MWCNTs nanocomposites were synthesized by diaphragm glow discharge(DGD)plasma in carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs)and NaCl solution using copper plate as anode and copper plate inserted into a quartz tube with small holes at the bottom as cathode.The glucose sensing properties of Cu_(2)O/CuO/MWCNTs were evaluated.XRD,XPS and SEM analysis showed that Cu_(2)O/CuO is successfully loaded on the surface of MWCNTs.The electrochemical test indicated the sensitivity of Cu_(2)O/CuO/MWCNTs nanomaterials to glucose is 1857,and the detection limit is 0.09μmol·L^(-1)(n=11).The measured value of 5%glucose injection in real samples is consistent with the label value,and the recovery rate is 97%~110%.The above results show that the DGD technology is a green and environmentally friendly technique for preparing Cu_(2)O/CuO/MWCNTs nanomaterials,and the prepared materials can be used for highly sensitive detection of glucose.
