美国在吉尔吉斯斯坦信息空间的活动探析

摘　　要：近年来,在俄乌冲突引发的国际及中亚地缘政治形势变化的背景下,美国明显地加强了其在吉尔吉斯斯坦信息空间的活动。研究美国在吉尔吉斯斯坦信息空间的活动对我国推进丝绸之路经济带在吉尔吉斯斯坦的高质量发展具有重要的现实意义。美国在吉尔吉斯斯坦建立了发达的集非政府组织、媒体于一体的发挥信息影响的基础设施。美国在吉尔吉斯斯坦信息空间活动的主要内容包括对当地媒体和记者提供支持,提高民众的媒体和信息素养,帮助改善媒体的法律环境。美国一直在吉尔吉斯斯坦信息空间深耕的主要目标一是借助信息手段影响该国社会政治局势,二是抑制主要地缘政治竞争对手在吉尔吉斯斯坦的影响力。In recent years,in the context of the changing international and Central Asian geopolitical situation triggered by the Russia-Ukraine conflict,the United States has significantly increased its activities in the information space of Kyrgyzstan.Studying these is of great practical significance for China to promote the high-quality development of the Silk Road Economic Belt in Kyrgyzstan.The United States has established a well-developed infrastructure in Kyrgyzstan that integrates non-governmental organizations and the media to exert information influence.The main contents include providing support to local media and press,improving the media and information literacy of the public,and helping to improve the legal environment of the media.The main objectives are firstly to influence the socio-political situation in Kyrgyzstan through information means and secondly to curb the influence of major geopolitical competitors in Kyrgyzstan.
