摘　　要：随着教育信息化的发展,教育管理正面临前所未有的挑战与机遇。文章通过深入分析教育信息化背景下教育管理的现状,揭示了传统教育管理模式的不适应性、数据安全与隐私保护的难题、教育资源分配和优化的挑战以及数字鸿沟问题。为应对这些挑战,提出了一系列创新对策。这些对策旨在推动教育管理在信息化时代的改革与发展,以适应新的教育需求,提升教育质量与效率。With the development of educational informatization,educational management is facing unprecedented challenges and opportunities.This article deeply analyzes the current situation of educational management under the background of educational informatization,revealing the unsuitability of traditional educational management models,the challenges of data security and privacy protection,the challenges of educational resource allocation and optimization,and the issue of digital divide.To address these challenges,a series of innovative measures have been proposed.These measures aim to promote the reform and development of education management in the information age,in order to adapt to new educational needs and improve the quality and efficiency of education.
