摘  要:高校教务员作为高校教学管理队伍的重要组成部分,其职责涵盖教学计划、课程管理、考试安排、学籍管理等多个方面,是确保教学质量和秩序的关键力量。然而,在实际工作中,教务员的职业发展却面临着诸多困境。文章旨在深入剖析高校教务员在职业发展中面临的困境,并提出相应的对策与建议,以促进教务员的职业发展,进一步提升高校教学管理的质量和水平。As an important component of the teaching management team in universities,academic administrators are responsible for various aspects such as teaching plans,course management,exam arrangements,and student status management.They are a key force in ensuring teaching quality and order.However,in practical work,the career development of academic administrators faces many challenges.This article aims to deeply analyze the difficulties faced by university academic administrators in their career development,and propose corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to promote their career development and further improve the quality and level of university teaching management.
