摘 要:为判别变流器异常类型,提升风能利用率,提出了基于小波包分析的风力发电机组全功率变流器异常识别方法。以风力发电机组中的背靠背式双脉冲宽度调制变流器为例,基于其电路拓扑原理,分析获取变流器输出电压信号可衡量变流器中绝缘栅双极型晶体元件开路异常状态,为此采用小波包分析法从不同尺度分解、重构变压器输出电压信号,并提取信号经小波包分解重构后信号能量特征,确定变流器异常信号主要出现频段,对比该频段内信号与正常信号的频谱特征,识别变流器的各类异常频谱,确定风力发电机组全功率变流器的异常类型。实验结果表明方法可依据电压情况判断是否出现异常,并通过功率谱分析获取变流器异常类别识别结果。This paper studies the anomaly identification method of full power converter of wind turbine based on wavelet packet analysis to identify the type of converter anomaly and improve the utilization rate of wind energy.Taking the back-to-back dual pulse width modulation converter in wind turbine as an example,based on its circuit topology principle,the analysis and acquisition of the converter output voltage signal can measure the abnormal open circuit state of the insulating gate bipolar crystal element in the converter.Therefore,wavelet packet analysis method is used to decompose and reconstruct the transformer output voltage signal from different scales,and extract the signal energy characteristics after wavelet packet decomposition and reconstruction,determine the frequency band where the abnormal signal of the converter mainly occurs,compare the spectrum characteristics of the signal in this frequency band with that of the normal signal,identify various abnormal spectrum of the converter,and determine the abnormal type of the full power converter of the wind turbine generator unit.The experimental results show that this method can judge whether there is any abnormality according to the voltage situation,and obtain the identification results of the converter's abnormal categories through power spectrum analysis.
